Uniblab's antics ultimately resulted in George losing his job, but George struck back with Henry Orbit's help to spike Uniblab's oil lubricant supply with Spring Tonic, leaving Uniblab heavily intoxicated. After Uniblab's drunken antics exposed his true personality in front of Spacely and his Board of Directors, as well as thoroughly humiliating Spacely himself, Uniblab was fired on the spot and deposited in the nearest junkyard by George. Unfortunately, not too long afterwards, Henry retrieved and hired Uniblab as his temporary replacement superintendent, claiming, due to a lack of available workforce, he had to choose anybody he could get, during his time on vacation.
Uniblab immediately began instating new rules, such as raising the rent and no pets allowed, causing George to lose his temper and literally kick Uniblab out, injuring his foot. Uniblab later returned, now the acting Sergeant of George's reserve Space Army platoon, a position George was looking to achieve himself. He quickly proceeded to make George, Henry and his entire platoon miserable, causing George and Henry to secretly swap out his AC battery for a DC battery while he was sleeping.
Disoriented, Uniblab eventually exploded near a commanding officer, who furiously demanded an investigation, causing George, Henry and Spacely to be demoted and confined to a stockade for the remainder of their tour.
Uniblab was later shown to be working under Spacely again, but was no longer employed in a supervisory role, usually playing cards with George. I'm new, so how do I change my username? Since accepting my new job "new" as in "I accepted it a very long time ago" , I've been busier than a one-legged man at a While I am ever amazed at the incompetence at those who proudly declare "I am a compootar programmer!
This, of course, has given me time for my hobbies I will be publishing another logistics paper related to the following paragraph. Current work? I'ven't been able to take a break from writing compilers yes, I get paid to create compilers in C so morons can simply enter business rules in plain english , but I've also taken a challenge by daveh. The challenge? Adding roads to Daggerfall. The logistics puzzle took only 15 minutes to solve using lambda calculus and yet I only just now 36 hours total development time managed to write the C solution amazing how that works, yes?
Now you know why I write compilers instead of programs for a living. I hope once I've been able to do some serious head-bashing at work to come back here more reliably. Sorry for my absence, but duty calls. Uniblab , 12 January EST. There are two content patches I want to release correcting some automap glitches for Rose Knight strongholds not showing up as Blue, but Grey instead and so I thought this was the perfect time to redo my gizmos.
Since it would be preferable if the most used records were at the start of the BSA file and no "empty" space existed then I have decided to write up a patch. This also means it is a perfect time to complete my gizmos since it will also prove quite fun to re-order records within the BSA files.
This should simply be a matter of reading maps. Yay, fun. While I'm here I'm also noticing a few typos I made on some of the revamp work I've done. For example: I described an Int8[ 6 ] as occupying 7 bytes! Silly, silly. Uniblab , 21 July UTC. Unless you were trying to invent a new word Um, I think someone doesnt like you. Someone recently asked which tools I use to hack Daggerfall.
First and formost would be the existing documentation in the hacking guide. Secondly, I rely on the intrinsic debug program. After my research is complete, I do make use of another tool: "Visual Studio" from Microsoft is where I make my real programs. I could easily go with "Glade" or "Emacs", but at present "Visual Studio" is sufficient.
I know I created two orphaned articles. I'm on top of things. Make sure you don't mark edits to talk pages that ask questions as patrolled, since it will be easier for other patrollers and admins to see the questions.
Those BSA images for Daggerfall are just amazing! Keep up the good work! The new Lore articles you're adding are great and really help to flesh out the Lore space, but the sentence "See full Lore article here" isn't necessary because the first line should include a link. Including that phrase kind of breaks the immersion. Hello, I am working on a setup for Daggerfall. I include of course all official stuff Patch 2. Thanks in advance and thanks for your work.
What software do you use to get the blocks BSA images? I may or may not be on or off, as my life permits. There are many things left unfinished within the Daggerfall reverse-engineering which I want to complete. Some mysteries are solved but undocumented books have been thoroughly understood for a long while, but I never updated the books pages with the correct information, for example , and some remain mysteries I still haven't decoded Daggerfall's font files, and there are still 5 opcodes in the quest subsystem I'ven't researched.
All, some, or none of this may or may not change in the near, intermediate, long, or indefinite future. Uniblab , 3 November UTC. Just a complaint today.
